Kings Of Leon Drop More Music From Comeback Album

Ears still ringing from Kings Of Leon new single ‘Supersoaker’? The boys from Nashville are so excited about their new album they’ve just dropped the second single  ‘Wait For Me’ just weeks after the lead.

The band of brothers are set to release their new album Mechanical Bull this September, their first since 2010′s poorly received Come Around Sundown, the fifth studio album that saw the Nashville arena-rock stars shying away from the spotlight amidst touring cancellationsdrunken rows, and rumours of a break-up.

Mechanical Bull is tilted as Kings Of Leon’s comeback album, with bassist Jared Followill  admitting he was “amazed” at “how youthful it sounds,” kick-starting the hype machine by saying it sounded “like a mix of Youth & Young Manhood and Because Of The Times.” (Via NME)

Chris Brown Says He’s Quitting Music

Woman beater and part-time RnB star Chris Brown has told the world that he plans to quit music after the release of his new record. “Tired of being famous for a mistake”, Chris Brown has been the victim of constant criticism since 2009 when he severely assaulted his girlfriend Rihanna just hours before the Grammys.

The music industry has been under fire ever since the incident, especially when they pretended it was no big deal to book Brown to perform at the Grammys just three years later.

Mumford & Sons Kidnapped and Replaced by Comedians

Just a week after their headline appearance at Splendour In The Grass 2103 in Byron Bay, folk superstars Mumford & Sons have released a new music for their track “Hopeless Wanderer”. Naturally, it’s filled with banjos, beards, and attire that looks like it came straight off the set of O Brother Where Art Thou, but if you look closely you’ll notice something else is missing. Do you see it?

Yes, that’s right. The actual band are nowhere to be seen, cleverly replaced by a super-star cast of comedians with rap sheets that include Saturday Night Live, Arrested Development and The Hangover. If you look closely enough you might just be able to recognise the extremely talented Ed Helms, Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Will Forte stand-in for the English folk rockers.
