Two Up Anzac Day Party – St Kilda Bowls Club – Wednesday 25th April.

Direct from the dawn service will the be the Tone Deaf crew with their tradition annual ‘Two Up’ Anzac Day party, so be ready to get down in the trenches and solider on well into the evening on Wednesday 25th April.

Armed with local bands, Mary of The Moon will hit the stage like galloping hairy light horsemen with their laid back blues driven rock playing you new songs from their forthcoming debut release. Joining the ranks are brooding indie foursome Guests of Ghosts who will bring you their dark yet melodic pop. Also along for the ride are Lone Tyger bringing their real blues swagger, capturing the sound made popular by Black Keys and made immortal by Hendrix, the kind of rocky blues that is catchy and could give you a drinking booze problem. Keeping history alive, rock trio The Staffords promise to bring their deep love and knowledge of popular music to the stage in full force and T-Bird and The Lumberjacks will open the day with their massive drum fills and tasty guitar riffs.

There will also be Two-Up Gambling happening all day long giving punters the chance to play for money (yes it’s legal), barefoot bowling through out the day, cheep beers, a sausage sizzle and the Tone Deaf DJs will be playing plenty of Aussie and Kiwi underground classics in between the usual indie rock, garage and psychedelic anthems.
So get into the Australian Anzac Spirit and join Tone Deaf for their Two Up Anzac Day Party
