Black Rebel Motorcycle Club haven’t been seen in Australia since 2013, when they were here touring their most recent record, Specter At The Feast. However the Los Angeles trio have grown tired of being away from our fine country, and today announced a small run of Aussie shows for 2018.

With the group currently in the process of recording an album for a tentative 2017 release, BRMC have decided to announce five Aussie dates for next year, which will see them hit up Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne next March.

“Every time we’ve toured Australia something in some way has tried to kill me at one point or another, and always in new and somewhat inspired ways,” says Robert Levon Been of their upcoming visit. “So I have a great deal of respect for whatever cosmic forces are going on down there. It definitely keeps me on my toes though, which is all you really need to make rock ‘n’ roll I guess. Two good toes and a reason to keep tappin’ them.”

These dates are bound to see the group trying out new material on an enthusiastic Aussie crowd, with plenty of classics from their seven album back catalogue strewn throughout the setlist. Tickets go on sale August 3rd, but pre-sale tickets are available from August 1st.
