Boogie 6 has exhausted its ticket allocation. The sweet little six time mini love fest in Tallarook in regional Victoria, has for the second year in a row sold out. With an increased capacity of a miniscule 1000 happy punters, the grounds of Bruzzy’s Farm are set to shake and bake come this Easter weekend.

Already delighting in the sonic sounds of Justin Townes Earle, Dead Meadow, Royal Headache, Jim James of My Morning Jacket, Lanie Lane, Dawes, Eileen Jewell, the supergroup known as The Superholics plus so, so many more the promoters had a few more acts they’ve been holding out on us.

LOS CHICOS hail from Spain, they play high energy garage rock and roll and will not let you down. Next, we know them as our bartenders at the Rooftop, they know themselves as DANCING HEALS. Carefree pop and jangle from these cats await. Then, the brand new underdogs of traditional Oz rock, from the farmyards of the Northern District, we give you THE STEINS. Believe!

Now, Boogie would not be the same without our cardboard friends, BOXWARS and organisers are stoked to have them back in the gang again. On the scene since Boogie 2, these fine young men and women have been entertaining and mesmorising us all with their ability with cardboard, stanley knifes, packing tape and creativity. Their battle on Boogie Saturday is always a highlight for young and old alike.

You want DJs? They’ve got em, Shearing shed loads of them. MADHATTER, JIMMY THE CLINK, HENRY WAGONS, DJ GRINGO, JD DECKSLEXIA, DJ MANCHILD, HUW JOSEPH, DJ OLLIE,  LARRY KRONIC JNR, and BT’S COUNTRY MOANINGS will groove, soothe and move you all weekend from early morning to very, very late at night.

But wait, there’s more. Positioned around the CFA curated campfire on Friday and Saturday late nights we give you the twangful sounds of FRASER GORMAN and his likely men. All theirs and your country favourites, singalongs and spirituals to wind you on down after the heavy Boogie day scene.

And finally on the fringes, lets not forget ACID YOGA is available on Saturday and Sunday morning. Come on up to the main stage area and stretch it out just a little bit more to prepare yourself for your action packed day. Miss Jade and her gang will get you right for sure. As will the annual TRASH PARADE, as always a Boogie Sunday mid morning treat for recycled dress ups for the young uns and not so young. Come critique, get involved and influence the judges with a fine morning wine in your hand.

So, shitballs, that’s a line up. Hope you got a ticket. Full line up (subject to soulful change of course). Rockin the stage….JUSTIN TOWNES EARLE, ROYAL HEADACHE, DEAD MEADOW, THE SUPERHOLICS, JIM JAMES, LANIE LANE, JAMES REYNE, LOS CHICOS, DAWES, AC/DSHE, EILEN JEWELL, THE RUBENS, PINK MOUNTAINTOPS, SNAKADAKTAL, BITTERSWEET KICKS, KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD, SURES, GOOCH PALMS, MERRI CREEEK PICKERS, LOVE MIGRATE, BAPTIZM OF UZI, THE STEINS AND DANCING HEALS. Around the campfire, FRASER GORMAN and pals. In the DJ scene, MADHATTER, JIMMY THE CLINK, HENRY WAGONS, DJ GRINGO, JD DECKSLEXIA, DJ MANCHILD, HUW JOSEPH, DJ OLLIE,  LARRY KRONIC JNR., and BT’S COUNTRY MOANINGS. Plus BOXWARS, ACID YOGA and the 4TH ANNUAL TRASH PARADE.
