It’s become one of the most divisive days of the year, and with frequent calls to change the date lead by artists such as Briggs and Trials of A.B. Original, Australia Day celebrations this year are undoubtedly going to be met with varying attitudes from all Australians.

However, Briggs’ record label Bad Apples Music have teamed up with Melbourne based label House Of Beige to deliver a huge ‘Reclaim Australia Day’ party on Sunday, January 29th.

Kicking off at 4pm at Melbourne’s Section 8, the event is set to be headlined by artists from both labels, with DJ sets from a wide array of artists.

While we haven’t got a definitive list of the artists dropping sets on the night, Bad Apples Music and House Of Beige are home to artists such as Birdz, Remi, and Hau, so it looks like no matter who shows up, you’re in for a great time.

Be sure to check out the event’s Facebook page for more details.
