We’re already looking forward to seeing a very tidy selection of acts descend on Brissy’s Fortitude Valley this year, but it seems we’re in for some extra surprises, with the announcement today that Sydney’s much-hyped singer-songwriter Jack River will be joining the fray.
Set to go down on April 29, Blurst already boasts the likes of Skegss, Alex Lahey, Royal Headache, Green Buzzard, I Know Leopard, The Creases, Columbus, Ngaiire and more, who’ll be piling into a trio of venues in The Brightside, The Foundry, and the Black Bear Lodge.
Along with the already-announced “frozen Rosé” drinks available at the ‘Summer of Rosé’ bar, the latest weird addition is that of shotgun weddings officiated by the festy’s own Elvis impersonator. Sounding like a bonkers affair already.
