Aussie indie legends British India have been kicking around since 2004, and in that time they’ve released five stellar albums, supported some of the biggest names in music, and have had a career that most bands would be jealous of. Today, it just gets better, as the group have announced some awesome tour news in the wake of the announcement of their long-awaited sixth album.

While British India announced last week that their sixth album, Forgetting The Future, is set for release on September 22nd, many fans may have been wondering where the accompanying tour dates were. Well, those fans can sleep easy now, since British India have now announced a massive run of dates in support of the new record.

Kicking off on September 22nd in Goulburn, NSW, British India’s ‘Forgetting The Future’ tour will see the group play a massive 32 gigs over three months, in every state and territory, before wrapping up their their tour in Adelaide, on December 15th.

Backed by some huge singles recently, including last year’s ‘I Thought We Knew Each Other’ and their most recent single, ‘Precious’, this tour is undoubtedly going to be a big one, so be sure to grab your tickets soon, or risk missing out.
