Still riding high on the wave of momentum generated by the success of their fifth studio album, Nothing Touches Me, British India are set to embark on a national tour to close out 2015 before they head out to America for shows in New York and LA.
It’s been a landmark year for the homegrown indie rockers, who’ve long commanded a reputation as one of Australia’s hardest working bands. Nothing Touches Me debuted at Number 5 on the ARIA Albums Chart and the band followed up with a sold-out 18-stop tour.
They were handpicked to support The Rolling Stones during their mammoth 14 On Fire Tour and were tapped to replace The Black Keys during the recent Bluesfest in Byron Bay.
If that wasn’t enough, their highly lauded single ‘Wrong Direction’ awarded the band their seventh ever entry into Triple J’s Hottest 100 countdown.
The band’s huge, 20-date spring tour of Australia will kick off 18th September. Tickets are set to hit sale sale at 9am Thursday, 13th August. Check below for all dates and ticketing details. Make sure you act fast, because tickets are sure to fly.
