The year is certainly shaping up to be huge for Melbourne based indie darling Emmy Bryce, Having completed a string of live shows taking in Tasmania, 4 cap cities, several regional shows, and a support slot for US star David Choi, Emmy will continue to wow audiences with her unique style and well crafted songs throughout Septmeber with the anouncemnet of further show
From recording her first compositions on her parent’s dual tape deck as a 13-year-old, to falling in love with the stage on a backpacking trek across Europe, it’s been a long and winding road for Emmy Bryce to get here, but one that’s been wholly worth it. The Polaroid Pop of Emmy’s debut EP (SEVEN DAYS) beautifully captures the sun-faded memories of Emmy’s childhood with a maturity well beyond the young songwriter’s years.
To celebrate the release of the brand new single HIT THE GROUND’, you can catch Emmy performing live throughout September! With her own spin on pop fusion, the NZ born / Sydney raised LUCY B will be joining Emmy in both Melbourne and Sydney for the launch of Emmy’s new single HIT THE GROUND’. This promises to be an evening of blonde amition! To complete the lineup, the ladies will be supported by Melbourne newcomer ANDREW LIM. With his unique blend of pop melodies and incredible vocal range, Andrew will be showcasing songs from his forthcoming debut solo album. For Emmy’s first journey to play for her Canberra fans she will be joined by none other than Canberra local AMBER NICHOLLS.
