Watch below, as YouTube sensation Rob Scallon rips through every song Rage Against The Machine recorded during their four album career – that’s every Morello riff from their self-titled 1992 debut, 1996 follow-up Evil Empire, 1999’s The Battle of Los Angeles, and their final record: the 2000 covers collection Renegades.

It’s interesting to hear the progression of Tom Morello’s handiwork, as his riffs become less… well, riffy, and more complex.

Scallon has previously worked his way through the riff catalogues of System Of A Down and Metallica, as well as overdubbing a whopping 45 instruments on the amusing and impressive ‘Every Instrument Song’.
