Festival Of The Sun Announces 2014 Dates & Theme


It’s fitting that Festival Of The Sun will celebrate their 10th birthday with a super hero theme. What better way is there to let the world know of your accomplishments than using Earth’s greatest protectors as a theme?

So collect your capes, don some spandex and practice your deep vocal tones as this Port Macquarie event is certain to be a blast! Held over the weekend of the 12th and 13th of December, the event’s lineup is set to be revealed on Tuesday 19th August.

With limited tickets available (about 3000) Festival Of The Sun is the Meredith of Port Macquarie in terms of its level of exclusivity and while both events are very different they both share similar attributes in quality lineups and brilliant atmospheres.

Jungle Love Fest Drops First Acts


Held just an hour’s drive out of Brisbane at the picturesque Lake Moogerah, from the 21st to the 22nd of November, the Jungle Love Music And Arts Festival has just announced an exciting batch of names for this year’s edition.

Headlined by Dubmarine, the festival will also feature the likes of Bec Laughton, LeSuits, The Mouldy Lovers, Michelle Xen, The Neon Wild and Rhythm Hunters. Also set to appear are Twin Haus, Moses Gunn Collective and Magenta Voyeur – to name just a few.

Island Vibe Lineup Announce

Headlined by Reggae favourite Finlay Quaye, the 9th edition of this Stradbroke Island festival is one you just can’t miss.

That’s not just because their lineup features the likes of King Tide, Black Jesus Experience, Toothfaeries, Bullhorn and PAUA either. Running from the 31st October to the 2nd November this outdoor extravaganza will also see circus cabaret, art galleries, kids activities and workshops alongside DJs and roots and blues acts.
