The Hills Are Alive had already compiled a pretty big lineup for 2017, with the likes of REMI, Northeast Party House, Cloud Control and Dope Lemon heading the bill, but we had a feeling they weren’t quite done yet.

As it turns out they weren’t – not by a long shot – and have just announced a stack of additions to the bill, lead by triple j Hottest 100-conquering talent Amy Shark and, in a complete nautical-themed coincidence, we’re sure, one of our favourite live bands of all: Dorsal Fins.

Tickets to Amy’s twelve-date tour have all sold out pretty much instantly, so if you don’t fancy trying to pick one up on the resale market, it might be just as easy for Victorian fans to chill out in South Gippsland from March 25-27 and catch her there.

You’ll also score another act to watch in Gretta Ray, not to mention talented rapper Birdz and Tash Sultana tour-mate Josh Cashman, all settling into a lineup that already boasts Jordan Rakei, SAATSUMA and West Thebarton Brothel Party. There’s also a full lineup of comedy talent too, with the likes of Dave O’Neil keeping things light after a big night.

Throw in free camping and BYO booze, as well as the usual array of food, bars, art and other festival goodies, and you’re in for a good couple of days. The full lineup is below, with tickets on sale now for 169 + b/f. They haven’t failed to sell out yet, so get in quick.
