Hanson were so massive in 1997 that most people don’t realise they were actually a garage band on their third album at the time.

Easily sidestepping the one-hit wonder tag by being great at their instruments, actually writing their own songs, building a solid fanbase through constant touring, and having a strong moral foundation, the band are now celebrating both their 25th anniversary, and the 20th anniversary of their breakthrough album Middle Of Nowhere with a world tour, which is swinging by Australia this June.

“Making music together for 25 years is a milestone that we had to acknowledge, and what better way to do it than an anniversary tour,” Taylor Hanson said.

“This year is not only about the two decades of music, it’s about celebrating the incredible community of fans who have been with us, singing along year after year,” Isaac added, in his lower voice.

Tickets will be on sale next Monday, March 27. Check out the tour dates, below.
