News has emerged that Harry Styles, musician and actor, bought himself a New York apartment last year, and the price has been revealed to be absolutely eye-watering.
As realestate.com.au reports, despite public records showing that the 267sqm three-bedroom apartment at 443 Greenwich was sold for $US 8.71 million ($AU 11.78 million) nine months ago, it has just recently surfaced that the buyer of the property is none other than One Direction singer Harry Styles.
The purchaser of the property, HXNYC Trust, lists Emma Spring as its trustee, which just happens to be the same name as Harry Styles’ personal assistant. Despite this, neither Styles nor his representatives have confirmed the purchase.
According to realestate.com.au, the property was first listed back in September 2014 for $US 8.35 million, remaining on the market at the same price until July of last year, when Harry Styles paid 4.3% above the listed price.
Whether or not Harry Styles has indeed bought the apartment, there’s already quite a number of high-profile residents living in apartments at the address already, including Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lawrence, Jessica Biel, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, and Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton.
