There’s been a whole lot of action coming out of the M83 camp lately. After recently announcing an international band member search, just this year the one-man-band led by Anthony Gonzalez dropped a new album Junk (via Inertia), a killer new single, and popped by Austrialia for an acclaimed album tour.

To celebrate the release Junk – the follow-up to the critically acclaimed Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming, which featured the ubiquitous single ‘Midnight City’ the M83 team invited Aussie producer and songwriter Japanese Wallpaper to join the national tour.

While on the road with M83, Japanese Wallpaper (aka Gab Strum) took a few pictures and has compiled a beautifully shot little tour diary for us, check it out below and for more info on Japanese Wallpaper pop by his Facebook page and if you’re feeling the pictures stay lock to Gab’s Instagram.
