MGMT fans, 2017 is shaping up to be a pretty good year. Sure, the group’s long-awaited fourth album is supposed to be coming along sooner rather than later, but now the group have decided to premiere some new tracks at a live show this weekend.

While fans have been hanging out for MGMT’s newest album for four years now, it was confirmed back in April that the group have finished recording their new album, and then just a few weeks later they confirmed the new album will be released this year. But now, all this talk is starting to become a reality, as MGMT have delivered some new songs at their first show of the year.

As Pitchfork reports, the duo played a show in Memphis, Tennessee at the Beale Street Music Festival over the weekend, where they performed some new tracks. While no official details about the tracks has come to light yet, such as their titles or official release dates, we do have some fan-shot footage of these new tracks, so let’s give them a look while we wait for more news about the group’s new record.
