As the the Tone Deaf Team and the other 20,000 music punters marched down Swanston St and up towards Parliament, there was vibe in the air that things could and would change.

We want to say thank you to Slam Rally, Fair Go 4 Live Music & all the volunteers and crowd for a great day that was safe and positive and will hopefully keep the issue in the spotlight with the Government.

In a statement from FG4LM commanding chief Jon Perring this morning; ‘Congratulations everyone. Stellar effort. 20k+ in streets isn’t bad. Let’s also hope the Government are still talking to us. I guess they have no choice anyway.’

Let all of us keep our voices heard. Please sign the online petition here (Over 11,000 signatures so far) and check out the SLAM RALLY SITE here for more info and updates on the issue. Tone Deaf will keep reporting on the issue until it is fixed. We need it to change.
