Amanda Palmer  – formerly of the Dresden Dolls but now just as well known as a solo performer – is touring Australia in February.  She’s hitting the road in support of new album “Amanda Palmer Goes Down Under” . The album is a collection of live and studio tracks with an Aussie theme, the album berates a lover for his love of vegemite and she celebrates a lady’s nether regions with the new single ‘Map of Tasmania’.

She’s also performing at the MONA FOMA Festival in errrr, Tasmania, in January and is performing in an Australia Day show at the Sydney Opera House featuring special guests husband Neil Gaiman, cabaret darling Meow Meow and Mikelangelo & The Black Sea Gentleman to join her on this January 26th celebration.
