Next month marks the twenty year anniversary of Notorious B.I.G’s untimely death, and to honour the occasion, an official documentary about the late rapper’s life is in the works.

Notorious B.I.G.: One More Chance is being directed by the Malloy Brothers, a pair who helmed clips for Metallica, White Stripes, The Shins, and many more.

The film is being overseen by Notorious B.I.G’s mother Violetta Wallace, who said in a statement: “It brings so much joy to my heart that my son Christopher’s music has made such an impact on the music community and his stories have positively inspired so many young men and women over the years – still influencing the youth all over the world today.”
