Origin NYE is Perth’s annual New Year’s Eve party that delivers killer lineups year after year, with each event turning out bigger and better than the year before. Now in it’s tenth year, the 2017 edition promises to be an absolutely amazing time, with organisers managing to book in a huge amount of international and local acts for this year’s event.
Headlining this year’s event is French producer DJ Snake, Mura Masa, ScHoolboy Q, and Stormzy, who is actually in the country as we speak for a performance at Splendour In The Grass, and a series of long-awaited sideshows. With a first round announcement of headliners like this, we can’t help but wonder what else the organisers have up their sleeves.
Rounding out the lineup is even more phenomenal artists, including A-Trak, Baauer, High Contrast, Goldie vs My Nu Leng, and Tourist. Understandably this is going to be a highlight of the festival calendar, and one of the biggest New Year’s celebrations in the country.
