The Big Ass Tour well and truly kicked off with a bang over the weekend, with The Amity Affliction, A Day To Remember, Motionless In White and Canberra’s Hands Like Houses taking stage for the first Australian show at QANTAS Credit Union Arena in Sydney on Saturday night.
In what would be The Amity Affliction’s biggest headline show to date, thousands of fans queued up from as early as 9am, all to be a part of the biggest heavy music tour of its kind to be seen on our shores. All four bands brought their A-game to ensure no fan would be left un-moved, from epic sing-a-longs to circle pits, confetti cannons, light shows, and, of course, A Day To Remember’s signature move – hurling rolls of toilet paper into the crowd like streamers.
