Junior Danger are no strangers to making music their own way. With one single already under their belt, the Brisbane three-piece have just unleashed their newest single ‘Dirt And Grime’, and it’s the perfect partnership of blues and stoner rock that countless fans of heavy tunes have been hanging out for.

Produced by The Belligerents’ Konstantin Kersting (The Jungle Giants, The Belligerents), ‘Dirt And Grime’ sees Junior Danger produce a sound that sounds like a hazy mixture of Nick Cave and Tom Waits, raised on a steady diet of albums by Royal Blood, Howlin’ Wolf, and The Black Keys. With driving riffs, thumping drums, and deep, foreboding vocals, Junior Danger wear their influences on their sleeves as they deliver some hugely powerful tunes.

The second taste that we’ve received of their debut album (following their 2014 EP Amputate To Medicate, and their previous single ‘Black River Automatic’), Junior Danger could very easily be one of the next big rock bands in Australia if they keep up this constant quality we’ve been witnessing.

Junior Danger are set to release their debut album later in the year. Be sure to catch them on tour starting next month when they visit your neck of the woods to deliver their deep, dark, and dirty brand of blues-rock.
