Bathurst singer-songwriter Matt Boylan-Smith has spent several years now honing his craft in Australia and abroad, writing a string of impressive tracks along the way, and today he’s releasing his new single, the gorgeous ‘We Can Be Together’.

Drawing great influence from artists such as The Lumineers and the songwriting community in his hometown and Sydney, Matt Boylan-Smith wields a fierce songwriting talent and earnest vocal ability, making for acoustic jams that are highly-introspective yet widely relatable.

Produced by Jeff Martin (The Tea Party, The Armada), ‘We Can Be Together’ is Matt’s most polished work yet, invoking comparisons to artists such as Ray Lamontagne as it tells its tale of life growing up in the Blue Mountains, complemented by a nostalgia-drenched clip.

Matt will be launching the new single at The Chippo Hotel in Sydney on October 7th to launch ‘We Can Be Together’, joined by friend, producer, and honorary Australian Jeff Martin, with support for the gig coming from Sydney’s Tinsmith.
