The one and only Paul Kelly is getting ready to release his upcoming new studio album Seven Sonnets & A Song. Seven Sonnets & A Song sees the iconic artist Paul take seven Shakespeare Sonnets and one piece of prose to produce an incredible profound mini-album.

The record will be available to download from midnight Greenwich Mean Time as April 22 ticks over to April 23rd, the day of Shakespeare’s death 400 years ago.

We today have the pleasure of premiering the video for ‘Sonnet 18’ (written by William Shakespeare, music by Paul Kelly). Check it out below and if you’re interested in Paul’s new project pop by his Facebook page for more info.

On the morning of Saturday 23 April – as the clock strikes midnight in Stratford-Upon-Avon, marking the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death – Kelly will join forces with Alice Keath and Vika and Linda Bull for a special performance of the album, and a discussion of one bard’s affinity for another.
