Can’t wait another couple of days ’til you hear Primus first studio album in 11 years? The boundary-pushing band hears you and has a little surprise for their impatient fans. Available for 2 weeks, fans will be able to stream new album Green Naugahyde exclusively from South Park’s Facebook page.

Yeah, you read that right. Primus have a long history with South Park, having written and recorded the Comedy Central show’s theme song, so it makes sense that when choosing a partner to stream their album early they turned to the cartoon show.

On a message posted on Primus Facebook wall the band said “Primus is pleased to announce that Green Naugahyde, its first studio album in 11 years, is now streaming exclusively on South Park’s Facebook page, a week before release on September 13 on ATO Records/Prawn Songs.”

The album stream will be available for two weeks. You can listen to it here.
