Stevie Nicks has announced she’ll be heading to Australia this November, and will be bringing The Pretenders along for the ride, because you gotta have someone to chat to on that long flight.

The ’24 Karat Gold’ tour hits four arenas around the country, as well as three A Day On The Green winery gigs for that more sozzled, intimate affair.

The tour is named after Nicks’ eighth solo album — released in 2014 — which features re-recordings of various songs Nicks had written and demos over the years, not never properly released. As we know from the ‘Silver Springs’ incident, Nicks’ very best songs have a habit of being left off albums. In short: buy the album, it’s wonderful.

The Pretenders will be touring behind their October 2016 album Alone, which sounds a lot like the first two Pretenders records – in the best way possible. It’s that Black Keys guy she’s gotten involved – he knows his vintage sounds, alright.

Tickets go on sale next Friday, August 18. Dates below these gems.
