The Coathangers are set to bring their famously intense live performances back to Australia to celebrate the release of their critically acclaimed new album, Nosebleed Weekend.
Coming hot on the heels of the band’s last release, 2014’s widely praised Suck My Shirt, Nosebleed Weekend is the first album The Coathangers have made outside of Atlanta.
The result has been a raucous affair that broadens the scope of the band’s sound and tastes, even veering into new experimental pockets that fans have not heard from the band before.
The band’s upcoming Australia-New Zealand tour will see them making their Aussie festival debut at Yours & Owls Festival, with five headline performances down the East Coast to follow.
