The beginning of the week was dominated by all the happenings that occurred in LA at the 57th annual Grammy Award ceremony, which we put into a nice little wrap to save you opening a million different tabs to catch up on all the goss, there was of course one story that stood-out above all others: what big bad Yeezy did.

In case you somehow missed it, Beck, for his dreamy record Morning Phase was awarded Best Album of the Year, which clearly angered the forever outspoken Kanye West who kicked-up quite a stink, claiming that Beyoncé should have won the award, as well as giving some choice words about The Grammys in general.

Since then, there’s been shitstorm of controversy with many musicians berating West for his comments, all the while Beck has remained light-hearted about the whole situation, going as far as to say that he still loves Kanye and that he too thought Beyoncé would win.

Joining Beck in making a joke of the now annoying debacle, producer pomDeterrific has posted an absolutely brilliant mashup of Beck’s ‘Loser’ and West’s ‘Heavy Hitters’ as well as dubbed voice-overs of  West’s comments about Beck, Beyoncé as well as some sneaky extras from the whole Taylor Swift incident a few years back, making the mix seamless.

If there is one good thing to come from 2015’s Grammy awards its the aftermath that inspired a killer creation like this.

Give it a spin – we can guarantee you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how well pomDeterrific’s mashup truly is.
