Tonight Alive have announced their fourth album Underworld will be released January 12, 2018.

The album follows the band’s 2016 record Limitless, and “musically symbolises the totality of the band’s life coming full circle after experiencing their highest highs and lowest lows.” It will also be the first without guitarist Whakaio Taahi, who has left the group.

Singer Jenna McDougall says of the album title: “The album is called Underworld and I named it that because it reflects the ugly parts of me that I wasn’t ready to see until now.”

The band also released the video to the album’s lead single ‘Temple’. According to a press release, the lead single was “born out of a time when McDougall was experiencing severe depression and fatigue.”

Tonight Alive are touring Australia from later this month. Check out tour dates, the new video, tracklisting and album art, below.
