Nic Cester has got, without a doubt, one of the best voices we’ve ever heard in Aussie rock, his screams raising the hairs on arms since Get Born, but the more psych-infused direction we’re seeing from his debut solo work is giving him a chance to show off the more soulful side of his vocal chops.

Complete with a slick throwback clip, the former Jet vocalist and his new band The Milano Elettrica practically float through an all-too-brief three minutes, proving a little more relaxed than the crazy, AC/DC-style collab he did recently with Italian outfit The Bloody Beetroots, while also a bit less cosmic than his trippy debut.

With his debut solo album Sugar Rush is out on November 3rd, Nic Cester has also announced a brief tour with his all-Italian live touring band – check out the dates, and the new clip, below.
