Paul McCartney, Beck, and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins walk into a bar… or at least, they tried to, but they were somehow turned away, despite being Paul McCartney, Beck, and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins.

As Consequence of Sound reports, the three rock superstars were rejected from Tyga’s Grammys after party last night. A TMZ cameraman was at the scene filming as the three of them were rejected twice by the obviously clueless security guard.

After being rejected the first time, McCartney can be heard yelling “Mark Ronson! Mark Ronson!” According to CoS, it’s possible the trio might have thought they were trying to get into Ronson’s party at the Elyx House.

As a former Beatle, McCartney could respond to the question “Where’s your pass?” with “You’re looking at it” and not be considered a dick, but he instead treated the whole thing with good humour, asking, “How VIP do we gotta get?”

“We need another hit, guys! We need another hit,” McCartney joked, before pointing at Beck and insisting he “Work on it!” Apparently, McCartney, Beck, and Hawkins eventually partied it up at the Republic Records party at Hyde.
