Back in April, we published a somewhat controversial list of 12 Ways To Be A Dickhead At A Gig. While readers didn’t agree with our every point, the one thing almost unanimously agreed upon as a way to be a major dickhead was pushing to the front after rocking up late.

Pretty much every reasonable person agrees that unless you’re slam dancing or getting up to general pit hijinks, you just don’t get physical in the mosh. Keep your hands to yourself, don’t rudely shove people, and don’t under any circumstances pick fights with people.

Remember 3 Doors Down? The early ’00s post-grunge band best known for their 2000 hit ‘Kryptonite’? Well, they can still draw a major crowd and they also happen to agree with us, and you, about that whole don’t shove people during a concert thing.

As CNN reports, a video has surfaced online depicting frontman Brad Arnold throwing a punter out of a recent performance in Broomfield, Colorado after the man allegedly shoved a woman out of his way during a scuffle with another punter.

“Hang on, hang on, hang on. Hey, hey homie. You don’t hit a woman,” Arnold can be heard saying in video, which readers can view below. “You just pushed a woman out of the way to get in a fight, you dick! Get him the hell out of here. You don’t hit a woman, dude.”

Guitarist Chris Henderson told CNN it’s “insulting when people go to a show” to fight. Henderson said the man in question was attempting to scrap with another individual and a woman got caught in the middle of the two.

Henderson later shared the now-viral clip on the band’s social media channels, writing, “Brad telling someone to not hit a woman! Just another reason I’m proud to be in this band.” Other members of the band also commended Arnold for halting the gig to call out the punter.
