With swirling rumours coming from Virtual Festivals & the bands website – it is almost certain Aussie Rockers AC/DC will headline Download Festival in 2010.
Although AC/DC still haven’t been officially confirmed to play Download, the festival’s organiser Andy Copping tweeted about the blip, which he called a “slip up”.
Copping tweeted: “Not sure what to say about the AC/DC slip up tonight, it appears to have been taken off their site now. I think they may just want to play.”
The event will celebrate 30 years of brutal and entertaining rock at Donington Park in Leicestershire.
