Music lovers in South and Western Australia are in for a treat today, with Angus & Julia Stone and Meg Mac leading the lineup for the two new dates announced for SummerSalt.

Last month, SummerSalt announced its return after a stunning debut last year. With acts like Pete Murray, The Waifs, and Busby Marou booked in to play Rottnest Island in January, music fans were undoubtedly in for a treat. But now they’ve got more reason to celebrate, with two new shows being announced.

While January’s show is still on the books, SummerSalt organisers have dropped the lineups for two new shows today, one taking place at Adelaide’s Glenelg Beach, and another at Rottnest Island this December.

Both shows feature Angus & Julia Stone and Meg Mac topping the bill, as both acts look set to deliver stunning performances that will undoubtedly manage to blow the crowds away.

While Gretta Ray will be making hey way to Rottnest Island on December 2nd, the following week will see Didirri making the trip to Adelaide, while Seaside will open both concerts as well.

Tickets to this year’s events will be on sale soon, with a pre-sale kicking off on Friday, September 7th. Be sure to head over to the SummerSalt festival website for more info.

Organisers have also said that more shows are set to be announced soon, so keep an eye out for them as they’re announced.
