A stellar lineup of bands have been announced for Hey Cancer! Don’t Fuck With Fred, a benefit gig to help St Ft Hick member Fred Noonan pay for “some hefty medical bills” incurred during the drummer’s battle with cancer.
The homegrown lineup, which will take over Melbourne’s famous Tote in Collingwood on Wednesday, 15th April, includes Aussie punk rock legends the Cosmic Psychos, as well as The Meanies, The Nation Blue, and Batpiss.
“To help old mate Fred from Six Ft Hick with some hefty medical bills, some of Melbourne’s finest have banded together to put on an epic benefit show,” reads a press release.
Most interestingly, playing times for each act will be decided on the night using a coin toss, so you have no choice but to get down early. Organisers stress that all money raised will go straight to the cause. Check below for all details.
