Hip hop legends the Beastie Boys have responded to the news that their new album Hot Sauce Committee Part 2 has leaked by streaming the whole album online. It wasn’t due out until next week, but fans can now head over to http://beastieboys.com/preorder/ where they can hear the album in full. The band posted a note to fans on the website explaining the stream, saying:

Good people, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, the “clean” version of our new album, The Hot Sauce Committee pt 2 has leaked. So as a hostile and retaliatory measure with great hubris we are making the full explicit aka filthy dirty nasty version available for streaming on our site. We hope this brings much happiness, hugs, and harmony. Enjoy Kikoos for life!

Thank you, The Management.

The oddly named album title, which has a corresponding Part 1, which is yet to be released, The Part 1 was delayed due to MCA/Adam Yauch’s diagnosis with cancer.
