Just days after Marilyn Manson’s most recent onstage meltdown in New York, the infamous shock-rocker has now been accused of harassment by comedienne and actress Charlyne Yi.

Just yesterday, we noted how Marilyn Manson’s Thursday night show in New York didn’t exactly go as planned. Reports indicate that Manson played through only four songs before stumbling offstage, leading fans to chant “Fuck you Manson”, indicating that they weren’t too happy about this polarising performance from the famously divisive musician.

One user on Reddit explained that Manson was “wasted” prior to the show, describing his experience during the meet and greet. “There’s no more to it. I had the meet and greet. He was wasted. He was worse on stage. Rambled on and on about us loving him,” the user wrote.

However, one person who didn’t seem to be surprised by this onstage debacle was actress Charlyne Yi, who took to social media to call out Manson for a previous interaction the pair shared.

In a series of posts on her Twitter account (which has since been deactivated), Yi explained how Marilyn Manson acted towards her and others when he visited the set of House, which Yi starred on during the show’s final season.

“Ugh don’t even get me started on Marilyn Manson. Yes this happened a long time ago – on the last season of House he came on set to visit because he was a huge fan of the show & he harassed just about every woman asking us if we were going to scissor, rhino & called me a China man,” she wrote on Twitter (courtesy of Hollywood Reporter).

“It’s so triggering to see people come up on the internet who have harassed you,” Yi continued. “And then when you talk about the incidents you become known as the person tied to the harasser. And that’s just your name from now on. It almost overrides who you are.”

“I genuinely hope he gets help.”

While Marilyn Manson is yet to comment on the matter, this news comes only months after former guitarist Twiggy Ramirez (the stage name of Jeordie White) was accused of raping Jack Off Jill singer Jessicka Adams. While Manson did not comment too deeply on the matter at the time, we certainly hope that he responds to the allegations made by Yi in a timely, respectful manner.
