Following yesterday’s announcement that Childish Gambino would be touching down in the country for Canberra’s Spilt Milk festival, the rap superstar has announced a huge national headline tour.

Gambino will be bringing his electrifying live show to Australian audiences this November, kicking off at Perth’s HBF Stadium, Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl and Sydney’s iconic Opera House Forecourt.

2018 has shapen up to be a massive year for the multi-talented artist, releasing the powerful ‘This Is America‘ earlier in the year to huge critical acclaim. The track is set to feature on a follow up to 2017’s critically acclaimed Awaken, My Love!, which Gambino hinted could be his last release under that moniker.

“You’re in my heart,” he said to the crowd. “I’ll see you later for the last Gambino album,” said Gambino in a performance at NYC Governers Ball earlier this year.

Gambino is also bringing his immersive concert experience PHAROS to New Zealand later this year, which is described as a “A Burning Man for smart, creative millennials more interested in the experience than documenting it on social media.”

Tickets for what are set to be a slew of massive shows will go on sale this Friday,  June 29th, with pre-sale tickets going on tickets a day earlier on June 28th.
