Cult British singer-songwriter Cosmo Jarvis is set to head down under for his inaugural Australian tour, playing two whirlwind dates in Melbourne and Sydney. His self produced video for ‘Pirates received over half a million YouTube views following praise on twitter from Stephen Fry, followed up by the controversial ‘Sure As Hell Not Jesus’. His brand new single, ‘My Day’, off the album Is The World Strange Or Am I Strange sees Cosmo imagining himself as an old man looking back on his youth, criticising his generation’s self absorption and apathy.

Jarvis is a singer, songwriter, actor, director, composer, producer and a multi-instrumentalist; who writes about topics ranging from his alienation from religion to the equal treatment of gay pirates … a only 21 years of age, he’s had none other than Brian Eno singing his praises, declaring “he is a very interesting example to me of a new kind of person; a new kind of artist.”
