The Crate Digger Record Fair is returning to much loved rock venue Yah Yah’s in Melbourne so record junkies can get their fix on Saturday 28th May, before winter really kicks in and sees them cooped up indoors with their collections. Doors will be flung open at NOON and with 4 new stallholders (one in particular with a MASSIVE stall) joining the usual suspects, fans are assured of finding some choice records for their collections.

Vinyl nuts can expect to find indie, punk, garage, soul, 50’s/60’s, rock & pop, psych, northern soul, doo wop, soundtrack, krautrock, hip hop, funk, electro, disco, boogie, latin, jazz, rocksteady, rockabilly … with stallholders covering a huge range of styles and genres. The event is set to be run in conjunction with the Hello Sailor Vintage Fair so there’ll be heaps of other stalls packed with clothing and vintage wares for your perusal (that is – if you haven’t spent all your money on records).

So with free entry, this is an opportunity for music nuts and all lovers of vintage clothing and knick knacks to stock up for winter and snap up a bargain. Yah Yahs is located at 99 Smith Street Collingwood in Melbourne.
