If you haven’t already been tempted into picking up tickets to see 2016’s man of action D.D Dumbo on his upcoming tour, you may want to get a move on, as you’ll be getting some expectedly-great support acts in the bargain.

For all of the East Coast dates, Future Classic’s producer/singer Jonti is tagging along as the main support, while Perth will score the very talented local producer Lower Spectrum, and Adelaide will nab their hometown indie favourite Jesse Davidson – wins all round.

D.D has also announced a host of European dates and a brand new remix to celebrate, a rework of his hit ‘Brother’ by Stella Mzgawa of none other than Warpaint, who apparently loves the song, but “always thought it was missing a little slap bass.

“It was an honour to rework ‘Brother’ for the wonderful D.D Dumbo,” she adds. “I hope you enjoy.”

The June tour is in support of his excellent debut album Utopia Defeated, which added a 4.5 star Tone Deaf review to its impressive haul of accolades, including feature album status across triple j and community radio, international acclaim, and the J Award for Australian Album of the Year.

D.D Dumbo also nabbed the APRA Song of the Year, was nominated for the Australian Music Prize, and scored two tracks in the Hottest 100 – a pretty successful record, all told.

You can join him at the dates below, with extra shows having been added to all sold-out cities and tickets available here.
