Drapht is about re-establish himself as one of the top emcees in the Australian hip-hop scene with the release of 7 Mirrors, his long-awaited follow-up to The Life of Riley, which dropped all the way back in 2011.

Speaking recently to triple j, the Perth emcee revealed that he’s linked up with quite a few guest collaborators for the new record, including the likes of Hilltop Hoods, Briggs, Joyride, Katie Noonan, Bradly Stone, and Nat Dunn.

But perhaps the most surprising feature comes courtesy of coastal trouble-makers Dune Rats, who collaborated with Drapht on a track entitled ‘Mexico’, which you can now check out below. Believe it or not, the Dune Rats-Drapht combo really works.

‘Mexico’ is officially available now and 7 Mirrors is set to drop Friday, 19th August so make sure you keep an eye out for more from one of Australia’s favourite hip-hop talents.
