Ernest Ellis & The Panamas are about to head out on tour to mark the release of their second album, Kings Canyon, which is set for release on September 23rd 2011. Working hard as a band over the past three years, they’ve scored support slots for the likes of Florence and The Machine, Jamie T, Pajama Club (Neil Finn) and The Jezabels.

Kings Canyon is the follow up to their critically acclaimed 2010 debut, Hunting, and will be instore independently through indie label Antelope Recordings and distributed through Inertia.Joining them for most shows will be Sydney post punk outfit Nantes, who have picked up plenty of Triple J love with their single, ‘Fly’.
