Who said the festival market was suffering at the moment? Despite shudders being sent through the industry after the cancellation of the Soundwave Revolution touring festival last week, The Falls Festival at Lorne has sold out within one and a half hours of going on sale. Promoters are now urging fans to snap up tickets to the twin event in Marion Bay, Tasmania.

They’ve also announced some extra additions to the line up, including Brisbane’s An Horse, Kimbra, John Butler Trio, Brazil’s CSS, the widescreen Americana of Seattle’s The Head & The Heart and London party starting DJs Scratch Perverts.
