We’re a week into the Hottest 100 voting period, so by now, you’ve probably got reams of paper filled with the songs you enjoyed throughout the year as you whittle them down to your top ten, right? Well, if you’re a little stuck for inspiration as to who your votes should go to, some of your favourite artists have come out with the tunes they reckon deserve the glory of being crowned the top song in this year’s countdown.

As triple j do every year, they’ve rounded up a selection of the best acts on the Aussie music scene right now (and a few internationals, too), and asked them what their Hottest 100 top ten looks like.

While Dune Rats have chosen a list of some of the loudest Aussie acts going around, acts such as DMA’s and Gang Of Youths have pencilled in a brilliant mix of indie, rock, and hip-hop.

Check out some of the top tens below, but head along to the triple j website to see other acts such as alt-J, Baker Boy, Peking Duk, and Vera Blue share their picks.
