In case you thought that the crowd at your typical Foo Fighters gig was just your average bunch of garden variety boozed up bogans, you’d probably be right. However, that doesn’t mean you’re allowed to act like a dick, as one punter recently found out at a Foo Fighters gig.

At a packed gig at London’s Roundhouse in Chalk Farm on Monday night, front man Dave Grohl stepped in to evict a punter whom he had spotted acting like an arse in the mosh pit. Spotting the belligerent fan punching on in the pit, Grohl stepped up to the mic to take aim, saying  “You don’t fucking fight at my show you asshole. Let me see him, who’s fighting right now? It’s that guy in the striped shirt. Hey motherfucker look at me, get the fuck out of my show right now.”

Grohl wasn’t satisfied with merely slagging him off and putting him in his place in front of the sold out venue, however, saying  “I don’t put up with that bullshit – you people came here to have a good time and that guy can fuck off”.

As the offender was dragged out of the venue to wild cheers and applause from the audience, Grohl kicked back in to gear for the crowd which included none other than metal legends Metallica and guitar prince Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin.
