After months of excitement, and with just a matter of weeks to go until it kicks of for 2018, Bluesfest have been spending all their time delivering the goods, and getting everyone ready for a huge festival on the Easter long weekend. Now, as we get ready to head along to the stunning festival, the final playing schedule for this year’s acts has arrived.

With a huge lineup this year that includes the likes of Robert Plant & The Sensational Space Shifters, Lionel Richie, The New Power Generation, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Gomez, and plenty more, there is oh so much to choose from.

But with so many different acts playing over five days, how do you work out who to see? Do you just wander around, letting your ears do the work for you? Or do you wait until the last minute, relying on your mates to let you know who to see? Well, thankfully there’s an easier way.

Yes, the full Bluesfest playing schedule has arrived, giving punters the chance to plan their weekend, ensuring they get to see all the acts that they plan to see.

“It is always a great day in the rollout of Bluesfest, when we announce the playing schedule,” said Bluesfest Director Peter Noble OAM. “Everyone can then use whatever method they use, from Apps through to smoke signals to traverse the wonderful beast that is Bluesfest.”

“I feel this is one of the best bills I’ve ever booked. Now is the time to sit down and decide who you will see, who you won’t …. or how much of an artist’s set you will see, before you run to another stage.”

Bluesfest is set to take place from Thursday, March 28th until Monday, April 2nd, and with over 70 artists playing back to back performances for twelve hours a day, that’s a whole heap of time to start planning out. So make sure you head over to the Bluesfest website now and check out this year’s playing schedule so you can ensure you see all the acts you want to see.

Unfortunately, it was announced this morning that pop superstar Kesha has pulled out of the festival due to a knee injury.
