Gang Of Youths are currently in the United States of America, doing what they do best and blowing the minds of almost every fan who happens to catch them live. However, it seems that the group’s tour isn’t going all that well under the surface, with the band revealing today that they were recently the victims of a robbery.

Over the last week, Gang Of Youths have managed to make their US TV debut, giving Americans their first televised chance to see the brilliance that the group brings to the live stage, and also performed an incredibly well-received spot at Texas’ South By Southwest.

However, the last few days have seen the group run into more trouble than they should have to endure, with US airline Delta Airways allegedly breaking frontman Dave Le’aupepe’s beloved guitar while in transit.

Now, it appears the group have had their streak of bad luck continue, with their tour van being broken into and their laptops being stolen.

The group broke the news to their fans earlier today, sharing an image to Instagram today which features the caption, “1 broken Guitar, van broken into and all our laptops gone, tornado warnings but we’re here Nashville.”

Gang Of Youths also shared a Snapchat story earlier today as well which shows them ducking into US bakery chain Panera Bread to use their wifi so they could download samples for their next live show. Needless to say, it’s a lot more stress than anyone should have to endure, let alone a band in the middle of a pretty huge tour such as this.

While the group are only just kicking off their US tour, we can only hope that things don’t get any worse, and that things start looking up ASAP.
