The Blast reports that a woman identified as “Jane Doe” claims she was a dishwasher at the restaurant opening on December 6 2016 and agreed to take a photo with Simmons when he came into the kitchen. Court documents state Simmons “reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina, completely covering it.” when they went to take the photo.

Elsewhere in the documents Jane Doe also alleges she saw Simmons act “in a sexually charged manner with other women,” including seeing him “tell them to unbutton their shirts.”
