The lineup for this year’s Groovin’ The Moo festival tour was already bulging at the seams with big local and international names, but the organisers have seen fit to squeeze just a little bit more music onto the stages with the announcement this morning of a big addition to the lineup.

Joining the likes of The Wombats and Violent Soho will be Aussie legends Pnau, who have shot well back into festival-goers minds with their 2016 single ‘Chameleon’, which fell just short of a top 10 finish in the triple j Hottest 100 last year, finishing up at number 11.

The band of course features Empire of the Sun member Nick Littlemore alongside Peter Mayes, as well as a recent addition in older brother Sam Littlemore. With Sam joining the group in 2016, they’re now picking up steam once again and working on a brand new record.

A great way to cap off a lineup that also includes 2016’s meteoric stars Tash Sultana and Amy Shark, thetarical UK rockers The Darkness, Aussie hip hop acts Thundamentals and L-Fresh The Lion, and a stack more you’ll find below.

Three of the dates have already sold out off the back of that lineup, so it’s a nice little bonus for anyone who’s lucky enough to have nabbed tickets. If you’re in QLD, SA or WA, you’re still able to pick some up, and an official resale facility has been set up for each of the sold out dates, with more info available on the GTM Facebook page.
